Working principle

出磨物料经提升机从侧面两个进料口喂入,通过旋转的撒料盘将物料均匀撒在壳体与撒料盘之间的上升气流中,物料进行初次分级,未分散的团状物料及大颗粒落入清洗装置中,一、二次风通过清洗装置将撒料盘下的物料进行再次清洗,大颗粒物料沉入粗粉收集锥,其余物料随上升气流再次进入壳体与撒料盘之间的气流中。
含尘气体通过导向叶片导流,进入转笼与导风叶片之间的主选粉区。分选原理是根据离心力与空气阻力(斯托克斯力)的平衡达到有效的分级。由垂直叶片组成的笼式转子回转时,转子内外压差在整个选粉区上下维持一个定值,从而使气流稳定均匀,为精确选粉创造了良好的条件。每一个颗粒自上而下得到了多次重复分选的机会。通过调整转子的转速,使符合切割粒径的颗粒进入转子内腔,随气流通过上部出风口进入袋式收尘器收集,进入成品。
大于切割粒径的颗粒通过转子与中粗粉锥上口法兰之间的间隙进入中粗粉锥,通过流化装置将物料送进粗粉斜槽,回至磨头。
