151959771961、分选原理先进：产品具有多种分级体系，针对砂石的特点采用航空空气动力学分析法对物料流场进行优化设计，使得设备运行阻力显著减少、分选效率高，节能降耗非常明显。优于传统的水洗砂石分选的生产工艺。
2、V形打散分级区结构简单，耗材少；无电动打散装置，压差损失小，运行稳定，电耗省。
3、分级精度高
脱粉机内采用获得国家专利的“涡流整流器”，整流器内气流相对于转子只上升不旋转，物料在分选区得到反复清洗，分级精度高。
4、操作简便
笼形转子采用变频无级调速。调节范围大，调节方便、灵敏可靠。
5、分级效率高
“V”型打散选粉区，设置多层打散、分级板，反复打散、吹离，使所排出粗粉中几乎无细粉。沉降分级区中粉出料口有气流再次将中料中细粉吹走，中料中的细粉含量也大大减少，笼形转子分级区增加了导流板，分级更加精准、有效。
6、耐磨部件维护工作量小，寿命长
该脱粉机的主要部件易损部位采用进口耐磨钢板，有效的提高了使用寿命。整机进行了动平衡校正，在全转速范围内运行平稳。
7、主轴下轴承密封采用新的设计方案，有效地解决了轴承进灰和润滑油泄漏两项重大问题，切实有效地延长了轴承使用寿命。
8、设计脱粉机基础时，采用机械减振原理，使分选机基础的振动频率与分选机固有频率不形成整数倍关系，从根本上解决了长期困扰的分选机共振问题。
9、粗砂管、中粗砂管和细砂管均采用双联锁风阀，大大降低了系统漏风率克服了以前脱粉机运转过程中扬尘大的缺陷。
10、系统采用双联锁风阀和内循环风有效地降低了系统漏风，减少了运行中的粉尘排放污染。
