When the separator is working, the material passes through the two feeding ports and enters the distributor on the top of the rotating cage. As a result of high-speed rotation, feeding materials evenly distributed on the tray and discharged, the mass of materials hit the buffer plate and disintegrated.
The material disintegrated evenly falls from the top into the powder separation zone between the barrier and the rotating cage. The powder selection air flow enters the powder selection area through the spiral case, and the powder selection air flow is blown to the rotary cage in the tangent direction through a specially designed barrier, so that the material scattered from the top moves in a spiral track around the rotary cage and begins to select powder. According to the speed of the rotating cage, the material of finished product particle size enters the cage with the air flow of powder selection, and is discharged through the lower discharge pipe and collected (cyclone or bag dust collection), while the coarse material is collected in the coarse cone below the powder selection area and returned to the grinding system.
